(I used other similar websites but they resulted in frustration and/or confusion or I was unable to customize my order; (2) assembling the final products was super easy to do and everything fit beautifully; (3) all necessary parts were included and (4) it is clear that everything is of high quality, right down down to the picture hangers. Two canvas\\\'s purchased and they look amazing! Product quality is fantastic...way beyond our expectations. Only thing I would have to say was a negative is the fact that I qualified for free shipping and had chosen this but they were not delivered...we had to pick them up instead which was out of our way.
