canvases came back looking great I was holding on to a few prints from my travels to SE Asia. I was nervous about sending them all away to get stretched but it was so worth it! My canvases came back looking great. I can tell that there was careful attention put into each one. I was also impressed with the contact I had with the company regarding shipping information. Additionally, upon opening it was obvious that they were so carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely! Thank you!!
Lynn, Edmonton | SERVICE: I\'m so very happy that I choose Keenart over Amazon. I purchased 2 frames and made an oversight error on my initial order. The Keenart staff immediately picked up on it and emailed me with a request for precision. The following exchange of emails were nearly instantaneous. Thank you for that.
PRODUCT: The frames are perfect. I choose the thinner ones and I was worried about their capacity to handle a 30\"x60\" heavy canvas. They are built strong - good wood, not too heavy, perfect fit. I\'m extremely happy with the final product.
SHIPPING: Would have preferred Canada Post but they used CANPAR which easily gets confused with simple addresses (previous dealings with them were the same... Still better than Purolator...) They missed the first delivery and I caught up to the truck on the 2nd attempt... (Condo towers seem overly complicated for their drivers).
OVERALL: Fantastic service, product and end result. I will order again and refer them in the future.

June Forgie, Edmonton | very pleased with the results but... I have received my canvas art picture from your studio and I am very pleased with the results. The print was meant as a Christmas gift for my wife, but she was the one who found the fedex package and to my dismay, your company had taped an invoice sheet to the OUTSIDE of the shipping box with a description of the item and a thumbnail picture of the print. So much for surprises. :(
I liked the quality of the work and will be ordering again - also as a gift. I would recommend that you revisit your invoice slip policies to avoid this type of customer frustration in the future.
