Sincere appreciation I want to extend my sincere appreciation for ensuring that my art pieces arrived on Tuesday, Dec 30th and for your generosity in covering the rush order fee, even though the error/type in the card number was on my part. Since these were a gift for my daughters and I was leaving city the next day, your willingness to go the extra mile to ensure this timely arrival meant that I could sign the pieces and be there to present these in person. That meant a lot to me.
Also, the quality of these photographic prints on canvas was superb*. The colour match was ideal, the workmanship, the quality of the canvas and customer service was all top-notch and first class. Sandy, Seattle | Thank you but! I received the four linen liners I ordered a few weeks ago. Thank you. They were just as I had asked for and shipped in a timely fashion. Only one issue - LL487 - White with Gold Lip - there was some damage to the frame (small nick in the white part as well as the gold) that was repaired. I was somewhat disappointed with that as I expected to see flawless work. This will show. I will not be sending it back but just wanted to let you know that professionalism is important. I can send a photo if you need to see it.
